About Us

This is a very clean, well-maintained park with level gravel sites.  There’s a picnic table, fire ring and 2 chairs at the site.  The pool area is clean and grass is mowed.  Would definitely stay again.  The location is very close to downtown and restaurants, shopping, groceries.

Beautiful place to stay and convenient location. Friendly staff, clean facilities.  We stayed on the row with slots 19-28. It was a quiet, back in space and faced a field with cute little goats. The pool was clean and you can see that the RV park is well taken care of; and the parking pads were nice and even. Definitely will come back.

GREAT RV PARK!!! Everything you need and then some! We had a great time and the gas station across the street has pretty good coffee. Also THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I felt like we were special guest at a friends house rather than a tenant. They are the kindest and park is a great camping spot.

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Oakwood RV. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and we met some new friends too! The site was spacious and shaded, and we loved every minute of our stay! This was our sixth time to visit over the years, and we would not want to stay anywhere else when we re-visit the Fredericksburg area! Oakwood RV will not disappoint, and we highly recommend this resort!
